For the last round of 2011 I decided to change classes. With the CBR I was limited to running in the 600s and the Open class, due to the CBR not having a V5 or MOT. I was on the look out for either a Daytona 675 or a 600 that had a v5 and could be used in the Street Stock class. Shortly after starting looking i found a GSX-R 600 K6 that seemed to fit the bill, with a suitable list of “bling” and “think you’ll go faster bits” and was relatively competitively priced and rather local.

History | Apparently and according to the vendor, this was the wet bike for one Jenny Tinmouth, I have no way of verifying this and don’t actually care. I have never seen her on a GSXR so it might be true it might be rubbish. It was first registered to Crescent Suzuki, which could make it a race bike from the start of it’s life or just pre-registered by them. Either way it’s got all the bling go faster bits on that I could want. |
